Light Effects Elements: Star Burst

Star Burst is a star with randomly distributed rays which are pointed at the ends.

You can transform the light effect using the tool . In the Element Properties panel you can change the Position & Size and Color for the element.

You can also adjust the special parameters of Star Burst:

• Rays (1-128). The parameter changes the number of rays in the element.

  Rays = 20	Rays = 50

• Ray Length (10-200). The parameter defines the maximum length of rays in the element. Different rays can have different lengths, but cannot exceed the specified value.

  Ray Length = 50	Ray Length = 120

• Random Length (0-100). This parameter specifies the rays length range. Increasing the parameter increases the range of length of the rays in the element.

  Random Length = 25	Random Length = 75

• Ray Width (10-100). The parameter changes the width of rays in the element.

  Ray Width = 25	Ray Width = 75

• Random Seed (0-999). This is the starting number for the random number generator that defines the distribution of rays in the element. It can be any number between 0 and 999; every number produces a unique distribution of rays.
