shareEDGE officers the following service models for registered vendor's. Our goal is 'revenue sharing model'. We believe that this is best optimized model for 'Product Globalization and Distribution'. It will provide both vender and nextEDGE Technology effective ROI while expanding vendor's businesses and sales opportunity to Japanese market.

If the vendor has enough cost to develop business and work on localization for Japanese market, we recommend vendor to work on large trading company in Japan.

We would like to work for future success with your company to develop a process and product. We are offering long-term partner ship to vendors.

Our target marketing is Asia ( primary terrirory is Japan ). So that it will not make any impact to vendors' existing territories.

Regarding to local Tax issue, sales tax needs to be handled by shareEDGE. shareEDGE provides local currency ( Japanese Yen ) transaction service localy.

shareEDGE provides the following services to registered vendors:

By having business agreement with shareEDGE, shareEDGE will ask vendor to set appropriate commission rate of sales revenue via shareEDGE depending on effort of services by shareEDGE. Our goal is 'revenue sharing model'. shareEDGE will not ask vendor any advanced charge to start business. So that we, shareEDGE offers this service to only selected vendors and products.

Software Distributiorship Agreement

Two years
 

With having ths agreement, shareEDGE will work on promoting vendor's product. shareEDGE will provides:

  1. Quality Assuarance under Japanese OS and environment. The eveluation result will be reported back to vendor for future enhancement of ptroduct.
  2. Translation of product information, portion of user's guide
  3. Promoting product to other affiliate download sites in Japan with translated sales materials.
  4. Promoting product to magagine and other media in Japan
  5. Promoting product to shareEDGE's partner sales channels to seek volume licensing opportunities. (Enterprise cistomer )

This is basic contract. All registered vendor needs to agree with this agreement.

No cost charge to vendor.

     
Localization Agreement Per Project
 

With having this agreement, shareEDGE will assist vendor to enhance the product for Japanese market support.

  • UI translation
  • User GuideOnline Help Translation
  • Quality Assuarance - Functional testing, Vetification of UI translation, and consistency check with online Help.
  • Issue tracking - All reported issues will be managed by nextEDGE Technology's issue tracking system

This is optional agreement fo vendor who want to provide Japanese support to increace sales opportunity.

No cost charge to vendor.

     
Additional Services Per Product

  • Packaging - Making Japanese version of packaging
  • Package software distribution channel development
